I am selling the Bus Conversion. Even though I decided to expand my options. I am willing to do a trade as well if you don't have the $10,000 cash, I can trade it for a car or SUV with less than 45,000 miles driven or a motorcycle with less than 35,000 miles driven, you have to bring proof of inspection passed and title, also if you want to bring a document stating the trade or we can make one at my location when you come up so I can register the vehicle and get plates and all that. Any of the 3 options work fine for me.
The Shuttle Bus is a 2001 Ford E 450. 7.3 diesel, less than 100k miles driven. Carrier AC unit original w the bus. I made all the installations. The only thing it needs is the ceiling lights and electrical, water tanks installation, plus solar paneling connection. All materials are included in the price. 4/120watts solar panels are already installed in the wooden roof. 20'x7.5' wooden roof deck and a small one in the back for the propane tanks. That might need to be enforced if you will travel a lot. or take the tanks out for driving. It has an electric output/input connection installed. I have a full mattress, covered with plastic since new but the bed can be made a queen. kitchen w dining room area, toilet separate (which can be made the shower if you want), lavatory and shower area (which can be made the toilet if you want) separate. I uninstalled the heater in the back of the bus but still have it if you would like to reconnect it. I clamped the connections for that heater; however, you should recheck it before driving far. I treated the diesel fuel for winter, and it is covered with a tarp. double insulation on roof, floor, and walls. storage area which can be converted into cabinetry. it has a livable area of 128 sq. ft. comes with a driver’s radio/cd. and extra speakers. 2-40-pound propane tanks. Smoke and Co2 detectors, gas 2 burner stove, sink. All ceiling lights are battery operated (you may need to get an electrician to do the electrical, where I live no one could do the job and I couldn't travel to get any reliable one near me). Solar panels need to be connected (included on the sale), a roof fan (not installed) and the 2 -40/45 clear water tanks (not installed). All floors are water-resistant wood floors. I will include extra flooring, tools, screws, and everything I bought for it.
I spent over $16, 500k plus in materials only without labor, with the purchase of the truck from Don Brown Dealer in Latham, NY, which it cost about $4,500.00. The 2 solar batteries may be dead by now, that may cost about $250.00 each but I suggest you charge them first to see, they have never been in use and are brand new. I forgot to take them out of the bus before winter and you know how brutal winter was up here Up State NY, and for that reason I am willing to do the trade with a car, SUV or motorcycle and/or lower the cost of the batteries out of the 10k.
I am located at North Creek, NY 12853. You can also email me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
